El agua, recurso<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> important\u00edsim<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o que tiene un lugar super importante dentro de los Objetivos de Desarrollo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sustentabl<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2016, se realiz\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses del mundo en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estocolmo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, organizada por el Instituto Internacional del Agua de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estocolmo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SIWI<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Los expertos discutieron la necesidad de buscar un cambio de paradigma en el que se implemente la econom\u00eda circular.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #aba003; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Econom\u00eda Circular, caso de \u00e9xito<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0El objetivo: maximizar el valor y la utilidad, a partir de la regeneraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cambio de paradigma se ha planteado debido al crecimiento poblacional a largo plazo que demandar\u00e1 una cantidad importante del valioso y limitado recurso. Teniendo una econom\u00eda lineal, este recurso natural se desecha sin tener un manejo responsable y pone en riesgo la accesibilidad del agua dulce.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pron\u00f3sticos para 2030:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Demanda mundial exceder\u00e1 los recursos al 40%<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El agua ser\u00e1 la causa principal de conflictos, migraciones, degradaci\u00f3n ambiental, desigualdad y crisis econ\u00f3micas. \u201cAmina <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mohammed<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina se enfrentar\u00e1n a situaciones de escasez econ\u00f3mica de agua en 2025 a excepci\u00f3n de Panam\u00e1, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Surinam y Uruguay.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Las mejores pr\u00e1cticas las tiene Israel, quien tiene el primer lugar en reutilizaci\u00f3n de agua residual en el mundo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Israel recicla el 75% de total de aguas residuales.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-31334 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blogReyna2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blogReyna2.png 620w, https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/blogReyna2-300x207.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #aba003;\">C\u00edrculo Virtuoso<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retomando el ejemplo de Israel, es interesante el c\u00edrculo virtuoso que se genera con el agua. La potencia a nivel mundial en el manejo del agua, cumple con las caracter\u00edsticas de la econom\u00eda circular y con detalles extras de tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Israel es un pa\u00eds que en el que el 60% es des\u00e9rtico, lo que lo hace semides\u00e9rtico. Lo anterior, nos permite saber que el recurso del agua es escaso y que el pa\u00eds deb\u00eda solucionar la demanda de la poblaci\u00f3n y la econom\u00eda. El<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gobierno realiz\u00f3 un plan nacional que invit\u00f3 e integr\u00f3 a varios actores de sociedad para poder generar la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n que se encontraba en manos de la iniciativa privada y de 5 mil <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Startups <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con una gran participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad consciente y responsable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La estrategia <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del Gobierno Israel\u00ed ha sido desarrollar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda e innovaci\u00f3n, misma que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ha permitido desarrollar plantas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desalinizadoras<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ocupan agua del mar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediterraneo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; dicha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planta est\u00e1 100% automatizada, trabaja las 24 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hrs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y cuenta con tan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00f3lo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 empleados en el centro de control, de hecho, Israel cuenta con la planta desalinizadora m\u00e1s grande del mundo. El \u00fanico problema es que el 50% del costo, corresponde al gasto de la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-31335 \" src=\"https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/BlogReyna.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"583\" height=\"341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/BlogReyna.png 622w, https:\/\/uno.umamexico.com.mx\/wp69\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/BlogReyna-300x176.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 583px) 100vw, 583px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #aba003;\">Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana Educaci\u00f3n y Conciencia.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad juega un papel importante pues Israel <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00f3lo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tiene 10% de desperdicio del agua, en comparaci\u00f3n, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Londres<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desperdicia 40% de este recurso. Pero en lo anterior tiene una gran participaci\u00f3n el gobierno que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implement\u00f3 educaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n del uso de este valioso recurso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Por otra parte, las tarifas del agua son iguales para todos los sectores de la sociedad, a nadie se le da gratis, ni es subsidiada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del consumo dom\u00e9stico e industrial, se capta y se trata el 91% del agua residual y el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">85% de esta, se reutiliza para el riego de sembrad\u00edos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1 actividad innovadora ha permitido tener abundancia del recurso lo que permite el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del pa\u00eds, pero no <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00f3lo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> eso, tambi\u00e9n le permite compartir agua a otros pa\u00edses como: China, India, Brasil, Estados Unidos y Jordania.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de replicarse est\u00e1s valiosas pr\u00e1cticas, tendr\u00edamos un mejor manejo del recurso m\u00e1s importante para la vida.
